When a man and van is enough
A man and van suits small moves: a room, a studio or one-bedroom flat, a few large items or a single delivery. It is usually the simpler and cheaper route when there is not much to move and the access is easy.
When you may want a removal company
A larger house, a lot of furniture, a need for packing, dismantling and reassembly, or a team of several people may be better served by a full removal company. We will tell you honestly if your job is bigger than we can do well.
Questions to ask any supplier
- Is the price in writing and what does it include?
- Are goods in transit insured, and on what terms?
- Are helpers included, or just the driver?
- What happens if the job takes longer than expected?
