We aim to carry out every job safely for our drivers, our customers and the public. We plan the job before we move it, and we do not take shortcuts on safety.
Safe handling
- Drivers may decline loads that are unsafe or exceed the vehicle's limits
- Heavy items are handled with the right equipment and enough people
- Loads are secured before the vehicle moves
Vehicles and drivers
- Vehicles are checked before use
- Drivers follow the law on driving hours, speed and mobile phones
- Partner carriers are expected to meet the same standards
Risk assessment
Tell us about stairs, narrow access, low ceilings, building rules and anything hazardous. We use this to plan the job.
Reporting
Report an accident, near miss or safety concern to info@voltfleet.co.uk. We record it, look into it and act on it.
Customers' responsibilities
Please make sure the access route is clear and safe, and tell us about hazards at either address.
