Pallet and parcel delivery

Not every load needs a full haulage contract. We collect and deliver single pallets, several pallets and parcels as a stand-alone service, and match the vehicle to the load: a van or Luton for small consignments, and a truck for larger ones.

Preparing a pallet

Build it stable, keep the weight low and evenly spread, wrap it tightly, and keep labels visible. Tell us if anything is fragile, heavy or oversized. See how to wrap and label pallets.

Delivery access

Tell us whether the delivery site has a loading bay, a forklift or a ramp, and whether it needs a booked slot. We will say if a tail-lift or a smaller vehicle is needed.

How we deliver this

Some jobs, including larger vehicles and international freight, are carried out with carefully selected partner carriers. VoltFleet stays your single point of contact and remains responsible to you for the job.

What to tell us

• The collection and delivery postcodes, with floor numbers
• The date and time you need, and how flexible you are
• What is moving: item count, rough sizes and weight, or the number of pallets
• Stairs, lifts, loading bays, parking and any permits or restrictions at both ends
• Whether you need help carrying, a tail-lift or a second person

How it is priced

Every job is quoted individually and in writing, based on the details you give us. The quote states the price and what it includes, and a quote is not a booking. A job is confirmed only when you accept the quote and we confirm the driver and time. See how it works and our transport terms.
