Our cover
VoltFleet's work is covered by goods-in-transit and public liability insurance. Cover is subject to the policy terms, limits and exclusions.
What your quote says
Your written quote states the terms that apply to your job, including any limit on the value of goods covered. Read it before you accept. If your goods are worth more than the limit, tell us before the job so we can discuss options, or arrange your own cover.
Valuable and fragile items
Tell us about anything of high value or that needs special handling. We may decline to carry cash, jewellery or documents of value. For household goods, check what your home contents policy covers while items are being moved.
Jobs carried out with partners
Some jobs are carried out with partner carriers. VoltFleet remains responsible to you for the job, and your quote states the terms.
Our legal responsibilities
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. See section 12 of the transport terms.
