Multi-drop delivery

A multi-drop job is one vehicle making several collections or deliveries on a planned route. It suits retailers, caterers, makers and trades with several customers or sites to reach in a day.

What we can do

• Several deliveries on one route
• Several collections on one route
• Timed delivery windows
• Regular weekly or daily routes
• Delivery updates and photo confirmation where the quote says so

What we need from you

List each stop with the full address and postcode, a contact name and number, the items for that stop, the delivery window and any access notes. The more complete the list, the more realistic the plan. See making multi-drop deliveries more reliable.

Why the order matters

The best route is not always the order in which orders arrive. We plan the sequence around delivery windows, traffic and access, and tell you if a requested window is unrealistic.

What to tell us

• The collection and delivery postcodes, with floor numbers
• The date and time you need, and how flexible you are
• What is moving: item count, rough sizes and weight, or the number of pallets
• Stairs, lifts, loading bays, parking and any permits or restrictions at both ends
• Whether you need help carrying, a tail-lift or a second person

How it is priced

Every job is quoted individually and in writing, based on the details you give us. The quote states the price and what it includes, and a quote is not a booking. A job is confirmed only when you accept the quote and we confirm the driver and time. See how it works and our transport terms.
